Island Dog Cottage is a1960's two story large family beach house brimming with bright beachy color! Located on the Ocean block which is beach side of Butler Avenue with no roads to cross . An easy walk to the beach at Tenth Street. We offer a fenced yard as well as a roomy wraparound screened porch perfect for your friends and family! The open front porch offers Adirondack chairs to sit and take in the beach breeze! While the cottage is ideal of large family and/or friend vacations and getaways with 2 levels and separate entrances, it's important to note that access between the floors is via exterior stairs; no interior stairs or access between floors from inside the cottage. Front deck with seating . DOG FRIENDLY! Multiple dogs welcome! . 4 houses from the beach.

The main level of Island Dog Cottage offers three bedrooms; 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and twin bed in the third bedroom. The main level also includes a comfy family room, dining area, and full kitchen.

The lower, ground level of Island Dog Cottage features one additional bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed. There is a half-bath on this level (combination half-bath and laundry room). There is also a "Tybee must-have" - an outdoor shower with hot and cold water which offers privacy for getting rid of the daily beach sand after a fun day at the beach.
The lower level also includes a nice area for guests to gather with abundant seating and storage areas.
