Palms on Fifth is pet-friendly! Location is perfect to enjoy both the Back River area and beach as well as Tybee’s main beach. It is about 5 blocks to the Back River beach and pier and also walking distance to Tybee Pier and Pavilion on the main beach. Palms on Fifth is a great property for friend or family groups needing separate spaces. With it's great location, it's convenient for a quiet sunrise beach walk or a equally relaxing stroll on the Back River at sunset. Palms on Fifth Avenue is a 2000+ square ft property; plenty of space for guest's to spread out and enjoy!
The main living level of the home on 2nd floor has a very spacious living area with lots of comfy seating and a flat screen TV. The eat-in kitchen includes seating for 4 with additional seating for 6 on enclosed sun porch. Formal dining area with seating for 8.
This main level has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom on this level offers guests a king-size bed, flat screen TV and attached bath with tub and shower combo.
The 2nd bedroom on this level has 2 queen beds, flat screen TV and a half bath.
On the lower level of Palms on Fifth, there is another master bedroom suite with king-size bed, flat screen TV and attached full bathroom with tub and shower combo. Also on this level is another living space with futon sofa and large flat-screen TV and mini-fridge.
As this home is elevated, the area below the home consists of a covered screened porch complete with rocking chairs and dartboard to enjoy! Washer and dryer also located in this area.
This home has a nice fenced-in backyard area for dogs and privacy as well. Backyard can be accessed from the upstairs balcony. Backyard has horseshoes game pit as well as a croquet and cornhole game for guest's use. Great for families or groups to enjoy outdoor yard games!
Palms on Fifth Avenue is located on a quiet street on Tybee perfect for a relaxing getaway. Bring or rent bikes; Tybee is the perfect place to explore on a bike!
